Working with Industry

At BMAT STEM Academy, our partnerships with local and national companies are at the heart of what makes us different. We want our young people to leave us with more than qualifications; we want them to have the skills, confidence, ambition and professional behaviour needed to succeed in the workplace.

By working directly with employers, our students gain an understanding of what industry really expects. Through employer-led projects, workplace experiences, mentoring, careers guidance and regular contact with professionals, students are able to connect what they learn in the classroom with the world beyond school.

Our ambition is simple: to transform students into young professionals. We want every student to leave BMAT STEM Academy ready to take their next step into university, an apprenticeship or employment, equipped not only with knowledge, but with the experience and professional mindset to make an immediate impact.
