Attendance Matters

Regular, prompt attendance to school and to your lessons can have a hige positive impact on your results.As an Academy, we strive for students to have 100% attendance. We fully understand that there are times that students may be unwell and unable to attend, but this makes it all the more important that students are attending on time as much as possible.

Data from GCSE exams shows that attendance has a huge impact on a student’s chance at achieving their GCSEs. The table below shows the chance of students getting a 5 or above in English and Maths based on their attendance.
